Skid mounted tubular steriliser for coffee extract, with a heat regeneration stage and pressure control between stages. A 300 litre BTD tank and rotary lobe pumps.
The heat exchangers are thermally insulated.
The skid is designed to work with a variable flow within the range requested by the customer. This involved selecting every component and exchanger with sufficient margin for this requirement.
Fully automatic with recipes, with PLC, HMI and Allen Bradley variable-frequency drives.
The output and return line is considered part of the skid, meaning it is cleaned and sterilised along with the equipment.
